We do not have open gym memberships. All training is by appointment and scheduled with our personal trainers. We specialize in private and small group training.

Finally, trainers will answer all questions and concerns. Then we will establish next steps for pricing and scheduling based on your goals and budget.

We offer one-on-one and small group coaching. 50-minute sessions in-person. Sessions include client-based workouts and recovery/flexibility work when needed or requested. For more detailed information read our blog post about 1 on 1 training vs. small group personal training.

Small group personal training is led by 1 coach and will have 1-4 people max per session. After your fitness assessment, you will be placed in a group with similar goals and fitness levels.

We offer personalized online coaching via access to the TonyTranFitness App.

The app allows you to:

We offer hybridized programs for clients who want to train primarily from home. Clients will come to the gym two times a month and use the app for the rest of their training.

Based on your fitness evaluation, you will be paired with clients of similar fitness levels and goals. Nobody will be placed in a group that limits or overwhelms you.

Because of our personalized approach to fitness, we do not offer strictly “cardio” or “strength training” classes. Each small group is tailored to the goals of its members. Rest assured that we will place you in a group matched to your needs.
