Everything stems from your movement assessment as it determines what type of movements you should do more of, and the movements you should stay away from (many individuals should be avoiding pushups due to a tight chest from sitting with bad posture).

- Your Fitness Assessment/Consultation will help determine what is the best path of success. Most individuals come work with our coaches 1x, 2x, 3x a week. I have programs that range from 2 weeks long for strictly education to programs 6 months long for aggressive results and accountability.

Choosing personal training is the best option if you are ready to commit to a consistent workout routine and want the best possible results with high levels of attention to detail. I offer programs where you will see me 1x, 2x, or 3x a week.
The programs can be purchased in 1, 3, and 6-month programs. Payment options available. Unused sessions will roll over into your next month. You can use the sessions as you see fit, and you can cancel anytime.
